Race Car Spotlight // Martini Porsche RSR Turbo

Not going to lie, I am a sucker for anything wrapped in Martini Livery and this RSR turbo is right up there with the best of them. I got to see this up close and personal at the LeMans classic a few years back. The original patina and raw feeling of this car was simply stunning. 

I once heard a story about how this car was painted from an old boss of mine, Martin Smith. He worked at Porsche back then and apparently had the delightful job of hand painting these stripes right before they went out the door just days before the first race. Long nights and a few strong beverages later, these things turn out amazing and would forever be a part of the stunning Martini livery.
